My Favourite Book
Books are the best friend of man . Reading book is a good habit . It gives us knowledge. I have recently read a book. The name of the book is ‘The Geetanjali’. It is written by Rabindranath Tagore. The story of the book is very good. One day a beggar was begging door to door. He was very dissatisfied with God for being poor. The God came to the earth on a golden chariot as a king to rest the human beings. The beggar saw the golden chariot and the king. He hoped that his evil days would come to an end. The golden chariot stopped near the beggar and the king stretched out his hand and said, ‘what hast thou, give me alns’. The beggar hesitated and became surprised. He was perplexed. After hesitating for some time he took out a handful of rise from his wallet and gave it to the king disappeared from there. At the days end, he came back home and overturned his wallet. What did he see ? He saw his given rice had turned into gold. He became repented for being misery.
